Guest speaker: Kelvin Bloom, president of Aston Hotels & Resorts and chairman of the Hawaii Tourism Authority. Topic: "Hawaii Tourism: Looking Ahead with Optimism."

$38 per person, inclusive of 3-course luncheon. Please make checks payable to "IEHA Hawaii Chapter."

Luncheon menu: Nalo greens with citrus and roasted beets with creamy vinaigrette; coriander chicken breast and a medley of spring vegetables on lentils and onion rice; chocolate cake with fresh raspberry coulis.

Complimentary valet and self-parking provided.

Special Events

Rummage Sale:
As a chapter fundraiser, a rummage sale will be held May 1 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Teresa Calabrese's home: 130 Uluwehi Place in Wahiawa.

Volunteers are needed to set up items on Friday, April 30, between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Volunteers are also needed at 7 a.m. at Teresa's home on Saturday, May 1, to help with the sales and also cleanup afterwards.

We will need any personal discarded items from members, but we are unable to take large pieces of furniture due to transport restrictions. Please box all items. Contact: Teresa Calabrese, TCalabrese@guestsupply.com; or Madeline Chang, madeline.chang@astonhotels.com.

IEHA's 44th annual Educational Conference and Convention will be held Nov. 8-12 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.



The keynote speaker will be Tony Blair, former prime minister of the United Kingdom.
